If your Travellers Cheques are lost or stolen, please report this to us immediately. Our multilingual Customer Service Centre is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Please note that all refunds are subject to full compliance with the Purchase, Claim and Refund Conditions
How to Claim a Refund
To ensure your refund claim is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible, please follow these 3 simple steps:
  1. Contact us as soon as you discover the loss or theft of your Travellers Cheques. Please telephone us first, rather than the location from where you purchased your Travellers Cheques.
  2. Please be prepared to show your passport or equivalent identification to obtain a refund. Should your proof of identification go missing, you will need to obtain a replacement or temporary document before a refund will be possible.
  3. If available, please have your copy of the Purchase Agreement Form ready to present, as this is your proof of ownership.
